" I had the privilege of attending a coach training program led by Amy Ruppert in August 2003. This six day training program was an intense one, consisting of classes which began at 8:30am and continued to 6:00pm each day. We had reading assignments and projects during the evening hours. The course finished with a weeklong set of one hour tele-classes.

The concepts delivered were complex, requiring the use of several skill sets. Amy has the unique ability to convey information in a direct and easily understood manner. She uses real-life examples and role play, allowing the students to put the concepts into practical use. Amy's style is very personable, motivating and caring. She goes above and beyond to insure that each and every student benefits from the time they spend with her. I have witnessed Amy staying beyond the standard classroom hours and even give up some of her evening hours to extend extra help to those students who needed it.

Amy's enthusiasm, both inside and outside of the classroom, never waivers. She is passionate about what she does and committed to the success of her students and the coaching profession. As one of the early pioneers, Amy also brings a different perspective to coaching, which I find refreshing. As a corporate trainer, I am very impressed with Amy.
